minutes. Sometimes
we will take
a little
longer if
we have a
large family
or many customers
in the store.
Sometimes
even less
time. We just
want to make
sure you have
a proper fit
and are
happy when
you head out.
Individual
fitting of
boots and
skis or boards
help to guarantee
a
proper and
correct fit
to help you
to have the
best riding,
skiing
experience
possible.
Skis and boards
are tuned
and waxed
when returned
so all the
equipment
is
ready to go
for the next
customer.
Feel free
to come in
anytime if
you need
to get re waxed
or tuned.
Customers
are welcome
to come in
and change
out equipment
anytime. Only if
there is an
upgrade we
just charge
you the difference
between the
packages.
All rental
rates are
based on a
package rate
including
boots, skis
or
boards and
poles. Helmets
are not included
in a package
rental. There
is a
$3.00 per
day discount if you
have your
own boots.
Except on
our Top of
the Line
Demo package
because our
rates are
already the
best in town
on that
package.
We cover reasonable
damage to
our equipment.
We might charge
you
something
if you destroy
equipment
by running
it over with
your car or
or melting boots in from the fire.
Or excessive damage caused by reckless skiing or destroying the equipment on rocks. Remember we don't want to charge you for damage so please treat our equipment with reasonable care.
Refunds will be given on cancellation only if given 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Refunds on rental will only be given for days which were paid for not including the day of return. So if you want a refund for unused rental days then you must have the equipment returned by 7 pm the night before. We need to prepare all equipment for the next day and if it comes in that morning we can't get to it that evening, you won't get credit for that day. Also no credit will be given if returned on the 5th free day. |
